Retreat Testimonials:
Hayley is an intuitive, compassionate, energetic, and invigorating being. Upon arrival to Costa Rica, we were taken care of from start to finish. She gave us plenty of preparation and guidance before the trip and upon arrival and gave everyone actual gifts (#hippiepartyfavors) to deepen our engagement with our environment. Her daily yoga classes were accessible to all levels yet challenging and empowering. Sharing circles deepened relationships between all of us - there was a lot of laughter, jokes, games and even some dancing! Both Hayley and Kelli took the time to connect with each of us and make sure we were taken care of. We couldn't have had a better guide, guru, poet, and teacher on this trip. Since returning, I’ve been tapping into my breathing and meditation as an instinctive response to stressful events. I definitely gained that skill from this trip. - Lara W.
Incredible- fantastic yoga, stunning location, incredible food, rich community - exactly the trip I needed to rejuvenate my body and soul. Hayley and Kelli are excellent guides, planners and hosts. - Natalie O.
What a life changing experience! In addition to the relaxing yoga, hot springs and healing foods, the opportunities for group connection really broke down the walls we tend to put up around ourselves so the whole group was bonded by the end of the retreat. I shed some much needed tears as I let go of stress I’ve been carrying around for years and I deepened both my yoga and meditation class. Hayley’s nature based themes and storytelling opened my eyes to a new relationship to the natural world that has stayed with me and I believe I made a few lifelong friends. - Fiona S.
I desperately needed to get away from the daily grind but words cannot express how amazing this yoga retreat was from beginning to end. I felt relaxed the moment I arrived. Hayley is an excellent guide - her knowledge, her passion, her innate ability to deeply unite a group and connect with individual and her capacity to custom tailor her instruction to fit the skill level of each unique person. The food was beyond amazing - the most delicious food I’ve eaten in my entire life. I’m 100% serious! No joke! I’m grateful and awaiting the next chance to retreat with Hayley & Kelli - Renee S.
Words can not express how wonderful this retreat was. It was clearly planned with love and attention at evey level - from the yoga, to the food, to the opportunities for personal connection, free time, massage, adventure, and overall consciousness. The experience was much needed medicine for mind, body and spirit. Hayley varied the yoga she led us through twice a day to bring something new to every experience. I was blown away by the quality and taste of the food. The cacao ceremony on the last night brought deep connection and awareness to our groupk. I recommend a retreat with Hayley and Kelli to everyone!. - Janet N.
What an amazing experience to unplug from technology and a busy schedule. Hayley is an amazingly talented yoga teacher who seamlessly integrate yoga with meditation, group transformation and connectedness to nature. The group energy was compassionate, non-judgmental. The food was mind blowing. I can't wait for the next one. - Vinnie E.

Covid Protocal
Being a Tourist in Costa Rica:
Neither vaccination nor a covid test is currently required to travel to Costa Rica. While vaccination is not required for any essential businesses or transportation in Costa Rica, it is currently up to the discretion of private hotels and restaurants whether or not vaccination is required. Commercial establishments must display their requirements on their exteriors indicating whether proof of vaccine is required or not. In most places you’d travel as a tourist, vaccination would not be a necessity. We can help guide you to coordinate your accommodations for before and after the retreat based on your needs. See below for requirements to travel to Costa Rica:
1) Travel Insurance:
While we recommend travel insurance for everyone, unless you’ve been fully vaccinated for > 14 days, you must get travel insurance. Fortunately, the process is quick and simple and we’ll walk you through it! Expect an email with details within a few weeks.
2) Costa Rica Health Pass
Anyone arriving in Costa Rica you must fill out a short digital form called a Health Pass within 48 hours of arrival. This is also a quick and simple process we’ll walk you through.
3) Retreat Center:
Regardless of vaccination status, upon arrival to the retreat center, you must have proof of a negative Covid test within 48 hours. An over-the-counter test is fine so please purchase one (or more) at a drug store before leaving your home country.
4) Return to US:
The US currently requires anyone returning from abroad to supply a Covid test within 24 hours of arrival. You can get a rapid test at the San Jose airport before your flight. We will ensure you have the information you need to usefully get a test before your flight.
